    Gusi Tobby Lordwilliams, widely recognized as the “LORD T of Impact,” exemplifies the dynamic spirit of African female entrepreneurship.     In 2015, at the age of 21, Gusi Tobby founded Girl Hub Africa, Nigeria’s largest all-female volunteering network. 

    This initiative provides young women with meaningful volunteer opportunities, equipping them with the experience and skills necessary for gainful employment while actively working to bridge the gender gap. 

    Under her leadership, Girl Hub Africa has mobilized thousands of volunteers across Nigeria, positively impacting numerous communities and inspiring a culture of service among African women.

    Building on her passion for service excellence, Gusi Tobby launched the School of Service, an institution dedicated to transforming individuals into high-performing executive assistants and service professionals. 

    The company hosts high-profile networking events, including the Business Brunch with Gusi Tobby, which focuses on wealth creation and strategic networking; Fun, Food, and Prayers (FFP), a faith-based gathering for young professionals; and the Impact Ball and Serenity Mixer, designed to connect industry leaders and entrepreneurs.

    With over a decade of expertise in volunteer management, leadership development, and executive support systems, she empowers others to excel in roles that demand precision, adaptability, and excellence. Her results-driven approach and ability to create systems that ensure efficiency have positioned her as a leading authority in the field.

    Demonstrating her commitment to fostering sustainable business futures, Gusi Tobby is also a part of The Convergence Africa, an event designed to empower young entrepreneurs, industry experts, and thought leaders through meaningful conversations, impactful mentorship, and essential networking.
