    2. Nangula Nelulu Uaandja (Namibia)

    Nangula Uaandja serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB), a public entity under the Namibian Presidency tasked with promoting and facilitating investment and the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

    3. Shirley Machaba (South Africa)

    Patty Karuaihe-Martin is the Managing Director of the Namibia National Reinsurance Corporation (NamibRe), where she has been instrumental in the company’s growth and strategic direction. Under her leadership, NamibRe’s assets grew significantly, reflecting her effective management and vision.
