NASCON Board Appoints Tonya Lawani Amid Drive for Stronger Industry Leadership

A key subsidiary of the Dangote Group, NASCON Allied Industries Plc, has appointed renowned corporate strategist Tonya Lawani as an Independent Non-Executive Director on its board.

Her appointment, effective from June 30, 2025, underscores NASCON’s commitment to bolstering corporate governance and driving sustainable innovation within Nigeria’s manufacturing and food processing sectors.

Lawani, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (M.CIoD), brings to the board over a decade of experience in business development, strategic leadership, and boardroom service across multiple industries. She currently serves as Managing Director and CEO of Seal Group, with operations in Lagos and Benin City.
