    Alero Mobola Adollo Appointed Independent Non-Executive Director at First Asset Management

    Alero Mobola Adollo has been appointed Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of First Asset Management Limited, one of the non-banking subsidiaries of First HoldCo Plc. 

    The appointments follow regulatory approvals from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) as part of a broader leadership restructuring aimed at strengthening governance and oversight across the Group’s non-commercial banking businesses.

    Under the reshuffle, Ebikabo Williams was named Chairman of the Board, supported by other board members including Adollo, Usman Dantata Jr., and Binta Max Gbinije. 

    The leadership refresh is expected to deepen corporate governance and strategic direction at the asset management firm.
