Mang brings nearly three decades of combined experience at top management and executive levels across the financial services sector.
Her career spans Treasury and Corporate Finance, Operations, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Business Development, Risk Management, and a broad spectrum of executive management functions.
Widely regarded for her visionary leadership and global outlook, she has built an outstanding track record within the (UBA) Group.

During her tenure at UBA, Mang held several senior management positions across Nigeria, culminating in her role as Regional Director for Victoria Island, Lagos, one of the bank’s most strategic business hubs.
In that capacity, she oversaw critical portfolios, strengthened client relationships, and drove business growth in a highly competitive financial environment.
Her academic background further reinforces her professional credentials. She earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors from the in England and holds a Master’s degree (LL.M) in Commercial and Corporate Law from the prestigious (UCL).
She was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar and has participated in several executive management programs and leadership courses throughout her career.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen Keystone Bank’s executive leadership team as the institution continues to position itself for growth, innovation, and enhanced service delivery within Nigeria’s evolving financial landscape.
