    Ogun 2027: APC Announces Kudirat Balogun as Deputy Governorship Candidate

    The Ogun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has announced Mrs. Kudirat Abiodun Balogun (née Adegunwa) as its deputy governorship candidate for the 2027 governorship election in the state. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at , one of Nigeria’s leading indigenous fast-moving consumer goods companies.

    Academically, she holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Finance from Bayes Business School. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

    In her acceptance speech, Balogun described her nomination as a call to service and pledged to deploy her professional and leadership experience to support Ogun State’s development.
