    BOI names Olayinka Mubarak Managing Director of BOI Investment & Trust Company

    The Bank of Industry (BOI) has announced the appointment of Olayinka Mubarak as Managing Director of BOI Investment & Trust Company Limited (BOI-ITC), its wholly owned subsidiary.

    Mubarak brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, with expertise spanning development finance, treasury operations, public sector finance, commercial and retail banking, corporate and private banking, as well as investment banking. 

    Her career has been complemented by extensive local and international training, providing her with strong global exposure and insights into leadership, governance, and best practices in financial services.

    Before her appointment, she served in several senior leadership positions at the Bank of Industry, contributing to initiatives that delivered measurable impact across key sectors of the Nigerian economy. 

    In 2017, she was also appointed by the Federal Government to the board of the Solid Minerals Development Fund, further highlighting her experience in public sector governance.

    As Managing Director, Mubarak will be responsible for providing strategic direction for BOI-ITC, overseeing its trusteeship, custodial services, financial planning, and advisory functions, while driving strong governance, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.
