With over 20 years of expertise in market intelligence and brand development, Taiwo brings a wealth of experience that is set to redefine consumer interactions with Diageo’s premium portfolio.
A recognized leader in fast-moving consumer goods, digital communication, and value-added mobile solutions, Taiwo has built a reputation for driving transformative marketing strategies and consumer-centric innovations.
Her expertise spans brand positioning, shopper behavior insights, product innovation, and talent development, all of which will be instrumental in further strengthening Diageo’s market presence.
Taiwo had initially served as Portfolio Navigator at Prestige Beverage Nigeria, where she spearheaded strategic brand storytelling and curated high-end consumer experiences. She played a pivotal role in expanding top-tier brands such as Jameson Irish Whiskey, Ballantine’s, and Absolut Vodka, driving significant market share growth and sustained revenue increases.
Her career highlights include launching the Jameson Heritage Journey in West Africa, which attracted over 15,000 attendees, and leading Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company’s Brown-Forman portfolio to an impressive 234% sales surge through innovative marketing campaigns.
Taiwo’s credentials extend beyond marketing expertise—she holds degrees in engineering, a certification in luxury brand management from INSEAD, and has completed executive development programs at Lagos Business Academy. She is also a fellow of the Institute of Market Strategists.
Beyond her corporate success, Taiwo is a passionate advocate for female empowerment.
As the founder of “The Refined Lady Sphere,” she mentors women in leadership, offering masterclasses on executive presence, strategic thinking, and personal brand development.
