    During her time there, she made history as the first female president of the Nigerian Universities Association of Management and Business Students (NUAMBS).

    She furthered her education with an Action Learning MBA from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is an alumna of Harvard Business School, having completed the Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management program.

    In April 2017, Hansatu assumed the role of Executive Director at Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a Nigerian non-profit organization focused on elevating women in leadership positions.

    Over her seven-year tenure, she spearheaded strategic initiatives, including leadership transitions, digital transformation, and funding strategies.

    Her efforts were pivotal in enhancing the WIMBIZ brand and expanding its impact. Hansatu concluded her tenure in April 2024, leaving behind a legacy of growth and empowerment.
