Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd Appoints Adenike Labinjo as New MD/CEO

Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, a premier indigenous energy solutions provider in Nigeria, has appointed Adenike Labinjo as its new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.

This strategic leadership transition underscores the company’s commitment to operational excellence, industry leadership, and sustainable growth in Nigeria’s dynamic oil and gas sector.

With over three decades of experience in the industry, Labinjo brings extensive expertise in business development, operations management, and corporate strategy.

Having previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Acting Managing Director at Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, she succeeds Bob Dickerman in this role. Her wealth of experience and strategic insight position her well to drive the company’s continued success.

“We are thrilled to confirm Mrs. Adenike Labinjo as our new MD/CEO,” said Nasir Ado Bayero, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “Her exceptional leadership as Acting MD, coupled with her deep industry knowledge and visionary approach, will propel Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited to new heights. We are confident that under her leadership, the company will expand its market presence, optimize operations, and reinforce its status as a leader in innovative energy solutions.”

Before joining Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, Labinjo served as Chief Operating Officer at Petrolex Oil and Gas Limited, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance profitability across multiple business units.

She also played a key role in the successful integration of Agip Nigeria and Unipetrol (now Oando) during her tenure at Oando Plc.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, Labinjo said, “I am honored to take on this leadership position at Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited. I look forward to collaborating with the Board, our dedicated team, and key stakeholders to build on our strong foundation, drive sustainable growth, and deliver exceptional service. Together, we will enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s evolving energy sector.”

As MD/CEO, Labinjo will focus on strengthening Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited’s market position, driving continuous operational improvements, and advancing sustainability initiatives.

Her leadership will further solidify the company’s mission to provide efficient and sustainable energy solutions that align with Nigeria’s growing petroleum demands in an ever-evolving energy landscape.
