Beatrice Miangogo-Eneje: Shaping Africa’s PR Landscape with Innovation and Purpose

Beatrice Miangogo-Eneje’s journey into the world of Public Relations (PR) is a testament to resilience, passion, and strategic thinking.

She began her career as a feature writer for a women-focused social impact organization in Lagos, Nigeria, where she honed her skills in storytelling, research, and content planning. This early experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for the power of narratives—particularly those that elevate African voices and brands.

Determined to expand her influence, Beatrice took on roles in brand and community management, working with Nigerian businesses that championed local products.

These experiences refined her ability to network, foster partnerships, and create compelling brand identities. But it was in public relations that she found her true calling.

Today, Beatrice is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Kora & Hive PR, a Lagos-based PR agency dedicated to amplifying African businesses and creative projects.

Under her leadership, Kora & Hive PR has spearheaded major campaigns, including the successful promotion of Legends of Alkebulan, an African animation project that garnered significant public interest and industry recognition.

With a meticulous approach that blends data analysis, media relations, and strategic storytelling, Beatrice has built a PR agency that is redefining how African stories are told.

Her agency doesn’t just pitch stories—it curates powerful narratives that connect brands to the right audience while shaping the perception of African entrepreneurship on a global scale.

Despite her successes, Beatrice faces an uphill battle in educating business owners about the true value of PR. Many small businesses struggle to understand the role of public relations in brand growth, often underestimating its impact.

To combat this, Beatrice takes an educate-first approach, helping potential clients see how well-executed PR strategies can transform their business outcomes.

Her mantra in business is simple: under-promise and over-deliver. This philosophy has helped her build trust and long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that Kora & Hive PR remains a trusted name in the industry.

Beatrice’s vision extends beyond running a successful PR firm. She aspires to reshape Africa’s media landscape, ensuring that African brands and businesses receive the global recognition they deserve.

Through mentorship and industry training, she is also committed to nurturing the next generation of PR professionals, equipping them with the skills to tell Africa’s stories with authenticity and impact.

As Beatrice Miangogo-Eneje continues to lead Kora & Hive PR into new frontiers, she is doing more than building a PR firm—she is redefining the industry, amplifying African voices, and shaping a legacy that will inspire generations to come.
