    Cadbury Nigeria Appoints Folake Ogundipe as Executive Director

    Cadbury Nigeria Plc has announced the appointment of Folake Ogundipe as an Executive Director on its Board, effective October 27, 2025.

    In a notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX), the company informed shareholders and the investing public of the development, while the Board extended a warm welcome to Ogundipe, wishing her success in her new role.

    Ogundipe brings over two decades of leadership experience across finance, management, and corporate governance in diverse sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), energy, consulting, and financial services.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University. 

    She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

    Before joining Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Ogundipe held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Director of Finance at Unilever Nigeria Plc, Chief Financial Officer at PES Group, and Financial Controller at Nigerdock Nigeria Ltd. She has also worked with Subsea7 S.A. (UK), Phillips Consulting Ltd, and Investment Banking & Trust Company (IBTC) Ltd.

    Her appointment reinforces Cadbury Nigeria’s commitment to strong financial governance and strategic leadership as it continues to strengthen its market position in the consumer goods industry.
