    Before joining Network International, Uzoho was the Group Head of Retail Banking at Access Bank, where she spearheaded strategies that expanded banking access to millions.

    Her strategic partnerships with major banks—including First Bank, Kuda, and Access Bank Group—have been instrumental in modernizing Africa’s financial ecosystem. 

    Uzoho’s emphasis on collaboration between fintechs and traditional banks has created new opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to access seamless financial services 

    Beyond her contributions to fintech, Uzoho is a staunch advocate for women in technology and leadership. 

    She serves as an executive member of the Global Council for Women in Retail Banking, Fintech, and Financial Services, where she mentors and empowers women to break into the traditionally male-dominated industry

    Her impressive educational background—ranging from an MBA from Bangor Business School, UK, to certifications from Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Lagos Business School—reflects her commitment to lifelong learning.
