    Before joining Network International, Uzoho was the Group Head of Retail Banking at Access Bank, where she spearheaded strategies that expanded banking access to millions. 

    Today, she is redefining digital payments, helping businesses and financial institutions scale through robust fintech solutions. 

    At the core of Uzoho’s vision is a commitment to financial inclusion. She believes that technology has the power to level the playing field for African entrepreneurs, allowing them to compete on a global scale. 

    Under her leadership, Network International has expanded its reach, offering innovative digital payment infrastructure to businesses across more than 40 African countries.

    Her strategic partnerships with major banks—including First Bank, Kuda, and Access Bank Group—have been instrumental in modernizing Africa’s financial ecosystem.

    She serves as an executive member of the Global Council for Women in Retail Banking, Fintech, and Financial Services, where she mentors and empowers women to break into the traditionally male-dominated industry

    Her impressive educational background—ranging from an MBA from Bangor Business School, UK, to certifications from Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Lagos Business School—reflects her commitment to lifelong learning.
