Exquisite Magazine is set to bring women together for an inspiring experience of self-discovery and empowerment at its Wellness & Style Weekend, scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2025, in Lagos
The event, scheduled to take place at the GAC Motor Showroom on Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, is themed “Self Love – The New Love Language.”
It is designed to encourage healthier lifestyles while also creating opportunities for networking.
According to details released by Exquisite Magazine, the programme will feature wellness games, a free pulse scan, stress management talks, and interactive sessions on self-care, mindfulness and personal growth.
The Wellness & Style Weekend is more than just a gathering, it is “a call to women to prioritise themselves, build community, and redefine self-love as the foundation for success and well-being.”
Highlights of the experience will include a 10-minute stress management talk, interactive sessions on self-care, mindfulness and personal growth, wellness games, a free pulse scan, and discounts on Kairos Scented Kandles.
Speaking further on the event, organisers explained that Attendees will also receive wellness packages including a cordless skipping rope and discounts on scented products.
Participants will also have access to the Wellness and Style Expo, lunch and tea breaks, as well as chances to win prizes.
