Tech Women Fest 2025 set to empower women driving Africa’s tech transformation

Tech Women Fest 2025 is set to spotlight the role of women in shaping Africa’s digital future, bringing together more than 1,500 women in technology for a day of knowledge-sharing, innovation, and collaboration in Lagos.

The conference, organised by NezaTech Africa, will take place on October 11, 2025, at Solution Arena, Onipanu, Lagos.

This year’s edition, themed “Tech for Impact: Innovating Solutions for Africa’s Challenges,” will feature over 15 speakers, including Kieva Chris-Amusan, Co-founder and CEO of Fertitude; Justina Oha, CEO of Digital Equity Africa; Ashley Immanuel, Co-founder and COO of Semicolon; and Oluwatoyin Abioye, Founder of NezaTech Africa.

The event is designed as a platform where women disruptors, innovators, investors, professionals, and students converge to exchange ideas, explore opportunities, and celebrate the impact of women in driving Africa’s digital economy.

With panel discussions, keynote sessions, and networking opportunities, Tech Women Fest will address emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, blockchain, and the role of women founders in building successful startups.

The Founder and Convener, Oluwatoyin Abioye, emphasised the vision behind the gathering, noting that Tech Women Fest aims to “create a space where women in tech can amplify their voices, share experiences, and build solutions that respond directly to Africa’s pressing challenges.”

Adding to the significance of the occasion, Talented Women Network has partnered as a media partner, ensuring that the stories, insights, and impact shared at the event gain wider visibility across audiences who are invested in women’s leadership and innovation.

Since its inception, the Fest has grown from hosting over 700 participants in 2024 to an expected 1,500+ attendees this year, reflecting the rising momentum of women leading in Africa’s technology landscape.
