    Lindiwe Nakedi

    A South African entrepreneur, Nakedi owns and manages Gubhani Exploration, a 100% Black-female-owned surface diamond drilling company. She is recognized for her contributions to the mining sector and her efforts to empower women within the industry.

    Tigui Camara (Guinea)

    Transitioning from a successful modeling career, Camara became one of Africa’s youngest mining entrepreneurs. She is the CEO of Tigui Mining Group, focusing on gold and diamond extraction in West Africa.

    Dr. Nombasa Tsengwa

    Serving as the CEO of Exxaro Resources since August 2022, Dr. Tsengwa leads one of South Africa’s prominent diversified mining companies, primarily known for its coal production and growing interests in renewable energy.
