Meet Dr. Glory Enyinnaya: A Visionary, Pioneering Africa’s Digital Consulting Revolution

Dr. Glory Enyinnaya is a transformative leader who seamlessly blends technology, strategic insight with a deep commitment to social impact.

As the founder and CEO of Kleos Advisory Africa, she has redefined the consulting paradigm, making high-quality advisory services accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the continent.

Dr. Enyinnaya’s professional journey started in the corporate sector, where she honed her skills as a management consultant at Accenture and later at British American Tobacco.

Her experiences in these global firms provided her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and change management. However, it was during her Executive MBA at Lagos Business School that she identified a pressing need: the lack of accessible consulting services for African SMEs.

This realization led to the inception of Kleos Advisory Africa, the continent’s first online consulting platform dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge necessary for sustainable growth.

Kleos Advisory Africa operates on a mission to democratize business consulting. ]

By leveraging digital platforms, it connects SMEs with a network of seasoned consultants, offering tailored solutions that address unique business challenges.

This model not only reduces the cost barrier traditionally associated with consulting services but also ensures that businesses, regardless of size or location, can access expert advice.

Since its establishment, Kleos has supported over 350 entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Dr. Enyinnaya’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional achievements.

She holds a first-class honors degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, and a Ph.D. in Management from Pan-Atlantic University, where she specialized in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. Her commitment to continuous learning is further evidenced by her completion of courses at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, MIT, and Wharton Business School.

Beyond academia, she contributes to the global discourse on entrepreneurship and business strategy.

Her articles have been featured in the Harvard Business Review, and she has co-authored book chapters published by Routledge and IGI Global.

As a speaker, she has graced international platforms, sharing insights on digital transformation, change management, and the future of work.

A staunch advocate for gender equality, Dr. Enyinnaya actively mentors female entrepreneurs through various initiatives, including the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative, the Cherie Blair Foundation, She Leads Africa, and Flourish Africa. Her involvement in these programs underscores her belief in the multiplier effect of empowering women—when women succeed, communities thrive.

Dr. Enyinnaya’s contributions have garnered international recognition. She was featured as a Global Scholar by the Centre for Global Enterprise in New York and was named one of the Top 50 MBA success stories globally by the Association of MBAs in the United Kingdom.

In 2018, she was a finalist for the World’s Best MBA Student award, sponsored by the Wall Street Journal. Notably, she became the first African board member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a global honor society recognizing business excellence.

As Africa continues to embrace digital transformation, leaders like Dr. Glory Enyinnaya play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive and prosperous future.

Through Kleos Advisory Africa, she not only provides SMEs with the strategic tools necessary for success but also fosters a culture of innovation and resilience.

Her journey exemplifies the power of vision, education, and unwavering commitment to societal advancement.
